Making a splash at the pool
Naturally we couldn't photograph the brownies in the pool!
In June 2023, we met at the public pool in Stafford for an hour of unstructured play in the pool. We have a mixture of swimming abilities and confidences within the group and we are grateful to have enough confident adults and teens to ensure everyone had the right supervision for their abilities.
By the end of the session, even our most nervous girls were splashing about and diving after the pool toys, while those who could already swim wanted to help their friends learn.
